Ebook formatting

Ebook formatting includes:
  • Table of contents.
  • Separate chapters
  • Formatting for Amazon or IngramSpark 
  • Maintain bold and italics
  • EpubCheck quality approved (IDPF tool)
  • Hyperlinks to websites
  • Copyright & title page
What file format are you supplying?
  • Original Word document (See before you submit check)
  • Epub file
  • InDesign print format 
  • Quark 10/2016 print format
(Each chapter should be separating linked for Quark/InDesign files)
Before you submit check the following (Word doc):
  • Please ensure the your documents is fully edited, proofed and corrected as it will not be proofread or corrected by us. 
  • Keep the format simple and consistent and use either Times New Roman or Courier as other fonts don't always convert to Epub well. 
  • Delete or extract headers, footers, page numbers, indexes.
  • Text body should be set at 12pt size and any chapter headings at 17-18pt size.
  • OPTIONAL: Supply a cover image
  • Do you have ISBN number? (not needed for Amazon)
